HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If there is an issue with your order and you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order.
Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions when the return is approved.
Only items purchased directly from https://feelcbd.ca/ will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please contact them directly for returns.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, including any components that they came with. Returned items must be unused, and in the same condition they were sent to you.
Note: Only packages with intact tamper seals will be accepted for return.
If the items shipped back to us are not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange.
Non-returnable items include items purchased through other retailers and damaged products caused by customer mishandling.
WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT/DAMAGED?
Please contact our Customer Support team, and we will be happy to resolve any orders relating to defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please include the following information when contacting us:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Video or photo of the faulty product
- Complete delivery address
In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo documentation of the defective product before we can move forward with the refund or exchange.
HOW LONG IS THE RETURN PROCESS?
The return process may take up to 10 business days from the day of inquiry. We will email you to confirm once your return/exchange has been processed.
A full exchange will be provided for defective products. For non-defective items, refunds/exchanges exclude all shipping and handling fees.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned items.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. If you have not received a credit for your return within 10 business days of receiving our email confirming the refund has been processed, please contact us.
