Purchasing Questions

What payment options do you offer?

We have two different payment options:

(1) Interac E-Transfer – A direct bank to bank transfer.

(2) Credit Card – We offer the ability to process your payment through either Mastercard or Visa. Unfortunately we cannot process American Express at this current time.

When will my order be processed?

We process orders on business days(Monday to Friday, except holidays). Any orders that are received before 1PM will be shipped out the same day. Otherwise they will be processed the following business day.

If you send payment through Interac E-Transfer, your payment will be processed at 2PM.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Depending on your shipping option of choice:

Regular – Depending on where you are located, it could take 2-7 business days.

Xpresspost – Depending on where you are located, it could take 1-3 business days.

All orders are processed through Canada Post. Please note our orders are shipped out of Vancouver, BC.

Can I return my product?

For sanitary reasons, once the product leaves our possession we are unable to process a return.

If your product has any issues, please document the issue(picture/video) and email us at hello@feelcbd.ca and we can work on sending out a replacement.

Product Questions

What is your oil composed of?

Our oil is composed of three components:

Full Spectrum Hemp CBD Oil – We currently do not extract our own CBD oil. The oil is sourced from a Health Canada approved Licensed Producer.

Essential Oils – FeelCBD is about bringing the benefits of CBD and essential oils together. Each of our pens contain our own in-house proprietary blend of essential oils. We source our essential oils from farms on Vancouver Island. These oils are therapeutic grade and 100% organic.

Fractionated Coconut Oil – As the Hemp CBD Oil we source is of high concentration, we use Fractionated Coconut Oil as a carrier agent to lower the viscosity of our oil. A looser oil product requires less heating to vaporize. The lower the temperature you vaporize, the healthier!

I just received my pen. How do I use it?

Using your FeelCBD pen is really simple! All pens come fully charged and ready to use. All you need to do is take it out of the box and draw from top of the pen(oil side). A standard draw should be 2-3 seconds in length. Each draw is approximately 1-2mg of CBD.

If this pen is disposable, why does it come with a charger?

Disposable pens are notorious for having battery issues. When creating these pens, we wanted to ensure our customers received the maximum value when investing in our products, so each pen comes with a complimentary USB to MicroUSB charger.

As there are many uses for MicroUSB chargers(cell phones, cameras, etc.) we encourage you to reuse these!

We do have plans to release cartridge versions of our products in the near future. Stay tuned!

Can I recycle my pen?

Our pens consist of Glass, Metal and Battery, and which are recyclable. As we don’t recommend dismantling our pens yourself, we offer two recycling options:

(1) Retailer – Hop over to the Find Us page and see if there are any retailers who carry our products. All our retailers have recycling boxes you can return your used pens in. We will then collect these from the retailer, and recycle them safely on your behalf.

(2) Mail Recycle Program – We offer a $25 credit for mailing us back 5 used pens. To learn more details about this program, feel free to message us on our live chat, or send us an email to hello@feelcbd.ca

Are these products lab tested?

Yes, all our products are lab tested. We post a copy of the lab testing of the CBD we source on the product pages of our website.

Is it normal for the oil color to change over time?

Yes – when Full Spectrum Hemp oil is exposed to light and heat, it is natural for the color of the oil for darken. This does not affect the effectiveness of the oil. Furthermore, it is also normal for a high quality fractionated coconut oil to turn pink/purple over time, resulting in a giving the oil a tinge. This is also completely normal, and the product is just as effective.

General Questions?

Is there any THC in your products?

Our products are lab-tested and show 0% THC. The Full Spectrum CBD Oil we source undergoes an additional distillation process which removes any THC content.

Will I get high off my FeelCBD pen?

As there is no THC in our oil, using our pens will not get you “high”. Our pens offer the ability to experience many of the benefits of cannabis with no psychoactive effects.

What is the difference between Hemp and Marijuana?

The main difference between Hemp and Marijuana is the THC content. Marijuana contains enough THC that its use can generate psychoactive effects. To be considered hemp, a cannabis plant must contain les than 0.3% THC, meaning it has very minimal to no psychoactive value. As our oil has 0% THC, there is no psychoactive value.

What is the difference between Full Spectrum CBD vs CBD Isolate?

CBD Isolate is a type of extracted CBD where only the CBD is extracted from the hemp plant.

Full Spectrum CBD oil contains a high concentration of CBD, but also consists of other cannabinoids and terpenes from the hemp plant. Research has led many to believe when CBD is in the presence of these other cannabinoids and terpenes, it works more effectively.

What is the difference between smoking and vaping?

The main difference between smoking and vaping comes down to temperature. Vaping does not require the product being vaporizer to be heated to a temperature where it burns, significantly reducing the carcinogens the user is exposed to. This makes vaporizing a lot easier on the lungs, making it a much safer alternative.

What temperature does the oil heat up to when vaporizing?

We have worked with our manufacturers to ensure our oil never reaches a temperature higher than 215 degrees.
